CC Skye Bag, vintage jacket, street vendor necklace, Michael Michael Kors Jenna Sandal (similar), Rachel Rachel Roy Flounce Dress
Green is one of those colors that I’m never particularly drawn towards, (I always race towards the girly pinks and oranges) but I always receive complements when wearing. I was thrilled when my mom surprised me with this dress; however, we had differing opinions on how I would wear it. Her mind sometimes seems to think I’m 5 inches shorter, so this would be “work appropriate.” Needless to say between the length and plung-ish neckline, this dress was reserved for a fun date night on the Lower East Side (review here.)
On a side note, in the distance of the second photo you may see a group of men hanging out of the window. They were encouraging the boy and I to come upstairs for an impromptu photoshoot in their “light filled studio…” at 10pm on a Friday night (this explains the incredibly awkward photo above.)
You are so pretty, lady! I love reading your blog- such fun fashion tips 🙂
Lovely green dress! And funny post!
I love your dress! I have a green dress as well… For a while I refused to wear it because it reminds me of Brazil’s flag! But now, checking your pics,I have to admit that the green does sound a fun and nice color!
