Pajama Party

A few weeks ago I took to the streets on the hunt for some new work clothes. I found myself in front of JCPenny, a store I probably haven’t entered since I was looking for a winter coat with my mom in grade school. I figured why not, and was taken completely by surprise with the new store. In particular, I lost myself in the MNG by Mango section.

I was tempted by the pajama pants trend earlier in the spring, but didn’t want to splurge on an expensive pair that I may only wear a handful of times. At $35, these pants were an easy way to try out some comfortable pants, and after wearing them to a soccer bar, I am impressed by how much I like them. The fabric isn’t sheer, which I was concerned about, and the pattern is far more wearable than I expected. The rest of the shopping trip for “work clothes” I actually like, not so successful.

Also, what’s not so wearable? These platforms which split down the middle half way through my walk to Mr. Dennehy’s.
